Jade Oolong, or Tie Guan Yin, known as ‘Iron Goddess of Mercy’, is a superior grade tea from the Fujian province in China. This loose leaf tea is beautifully vibrant and uniquely shaped, resembling tiny pieces of jade. A pale gold, aromatic brew, Jade Oolong has a delicate, floral profile with notes of sweet pea and lily.
