DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery with Royal Mail (3-5 working days) - £3.50
Free standard delivery on orders over £30 within the UK.
European Delivery
Standard European delivery (up to 10 working days) - £10
Deliveries on orders over 2kg may incur additional charges. If so we will contact you directly before processing your order.
While we do our best to ensure your orders are delivered on time, some orders may take a little longer. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries and 14 working days for European deliveries.
RETURNS
In the event of damaged goods or if the product fails to meet your expectations please let us know at hello@happylarder.co.uk.
If, after your first cup, you don’t love our tea, please return the product in its original packaging with at least 80% of the original net weight of tea.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returned goods. Please make sure to include all contact information and a recorded tracking number if possible.
Products must be returned in their original condition within 21 days of delivery.
Happy Larder Co. will refund the purchase costs of eligible returns, excluding delivery costs, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
