Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) using Royal Mail Standard Shipping or DPD. Standard UK shipping costs £3.95, with free delivery on orders over £35 within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, with standard UK delivery typically taking 3-5 working days from dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. For international delivery, please email us at hello@happylarder.co.uk and we'll check availability and provide a shipping quote for your location. Please note that you may be responsible for any local taxes or duties on international orders.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Happy Larder Co tea as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return it in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or Happy Larder Co gift voucher for the item’s cost (excluding postage).

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email us as soon as possible. We may ask for a photo to help us understand what went wrong and arrange a replacement if needed.

When returning an item, please include your Order Number and Contact Details inside the parcel to help us process your return quickly. For peace of mind, we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
